The main ingredient of the internet are websites.

Websites of all kinds—be it google.com, amazon.com, nasa.gov,  nxtdecade.com,  facebook.com, linkedin.com, and all other websites of the world; make the internet’s core content.

Don’t you agree?

Not yet?

Assume for a second, that Thanos snaps and swipe away all the websites from the internet!

What will we be left with?

Cables in the oceans, laptop/system on your tables, web browsers with NOTHING.

No content on the internet. No audience on the internet. No business, no interaction, no communication.

Now, why am I telling you these things? Why am I trying to show you the importance of a website?

Just to ask you!

DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN WEBSITE?

If not? Then why not?

Today we have Abhijit Dharmadhikari for an interview. He is a blogger, who started blogging by the end of 2021 under the mentorship of Satya Prakash Mourya. He learned skills like WordPress, content writing, SEO, and published some really nice articles on his website “mygeekshub.com”. Got AdSense approval, and now trying to scale up his content frequency, traffic and revenue.

Interview

Q1. Why did you choose Blogging?

I think blogging is the easiest way to reach thousands and millions of readers who are interested in your selected niche. Blogging can help you to share your knowledge in which you are an expert with people.

In today’s world having your own blog is a sign of your Professional and highly IT skilled status. It’s being a Brand. Because you are sharing valuable knowledge relevant to their needs and problems which they face on a daily basis in their profession or personal life.

Blogging can lead to traffic, and indirectly business opportunities and can improve professional relations, and so many profitable ways.

Blogging can make you more responsible because at the time of writing, we think from the view of our readers and then decide how to write, which makes it easy to understand our readers. And at the time writing articles, simultaneously we also learn new things.

And if your blog got a huge response or has sufficient readers it will give you a chance to monetize it with the help of so many ways and earn some extra money. And if you give your best blogging will earn you more than your 9 AM To 6 PM boring job.

But you must have patience

Q2. How many times have you tried blogging before mygeekshub.com? Share your experience?

Actually, I have been trying to earn money online since 2005. I have tried BlogSpot blogs. Domain parking etc.

In 2013, I made one tech blog with the name digiming.com which did not give me a single $. I have tried my best as per my knowledge. But due to a lack of knowledge about the earning methods via blogging, I failed.

Q3. Are you earning from your present blogging sites?

Now I have launched my new blog MyGeeksHub.com in 2021 under the mentorship of Satya Prakash. And I am going very slowly as I am undertaking my blogging journey as a side hustle

In Mar 2022, I also got my AdSense approval and till then I earned a few dollars, which is not bad but it’s too much for me as I am not able to give so much time to my blog.

Sometimes I am also not able to work on my blog for 2-3 weeks also.

Here’s my Google AdSense earning dashboard (not enough traffic yet)

Q4. What is that one thing that you will suggest to every blogging beginner?

There are so many blogging courses available on the internet. So many so-called blogging experts will hypnotize you to buy their course and show you dream that after buying this you will start earning thousands of dollars in a couple of days/weeks.

But!

In my opinion, it’s all just a false promise. One thing these all experts will charge you huge and they will also not provide you personal guidance.

Don’t start blogging only for the reason that your friend, your relative, or your colleague is blogging. Or inspired by any other successful blogger like Harsh Agarwal, Pavan Agarwal.

Only begin blogging if you have a strong or sufficient knowledge of any particular niche like technology, blogging, health, finance, or whatever you like to share with your readers. Firstly, make a blueprint of your blog

  1. What more do I know?
  2. How much scope is there for my knowledge on the internet?
  3. Age group of your readers etc.

The main thing you must have to become a successful blogger is PATIENCE.  Blogging is not a brick of magic that you got and magic will happen immediately the next day. Maybe you will not see a single visitor to your blog for the first month or 2 months till you have sufficient articles on your blog. You will not get a lot of visitors in 3-5 articles.

Maybe luckily you will get AdSense approval but it’s not a value without traffic. So, first work on Articles.

Q5. How much time, cost & effort are you giving to your blogging career?

As I already told you previously I am a part-time blogger as I am working in an E-commerce Company. I am not able to give so much time to blogging due to my 12-13 daily duty hrs.

But on my week off I definitely work on my blog. Satya Prakash gives me valuable suggestions from time to time regarding my blogging journey. And he is a very brilliant and open-minded friendly person. He monitors me regularly and if I do not post any articles for a long time he called me and asked me what happened?

But if you are serious about blogging you must keep consistency and post at least 2-3 articles a week.

I don’t have spent so much setting up my blog. And Satya guided me from blank to a well-designed blog setup.

Q6. What is the best way to grow a blog?

First, find out what your readers want to read? What is trending? Find out what readers need and engage your readers as per the research.

Write articles in your natural way. Don’t make it weighable which your readers will not understand easily. Collect email subscribers to make them engage continuously. Focus on article writing and on-page SEO. Don’t focus on how your blogs look so much, don’t use heavy themes and plugins which will slow down your blog speed.

Take full advantage of social media to share your articles and gain more visitors to your blog. Join communities related to your blog niche.

And most importantly follow Satya’s instructions seriously and in the given TAT

Q7. What’s one good & bad thing about Satya Prakash's (NxtDecade) blogging mentorship?

First of all, he is a very good and friendly person. He is a living example for all new beginners like us that if you decide you can become a successful entrepreneur so early rather than wasting time in boring desk jobs.

His consistency in work, his planning of beginning his entrepreneur journey, and most importantly his skill of building a skilled IT Professional team to help his students is really great.

As we know, Shoutmeloud founder Harsh Agarwal also started his journey by resigning from a reputable IT company. Satya is also in the same way. His future is very bright and due to the same, I think we also don’t have to worry about our blogging journey future. (But this will only happen when we all follow his instructions in a timely manner and support him also as possible)

As per my observation, I didn’t find any bad things in Satya but when I tried to find so many bad things and negativity in myself at the beginning.

He regularly gives us positive energy. If I speak with him once a week it will be sufficient for me to work on my blog with correct directions and positive thinking for one week.

All-time remember;

  1. Blogging = Patience
  2. Blogging = Consistency
  3. Bogging =  Learning new things and sharing it with your audience
