Q6. For those who can’t afford fitness or gym equipment. How do they manage that?

I have the pleasure of working with individuals who can’t afford the gym, or who are having troubles with the fear of even going to one. So a lot of my clients I provide with workouts they can do at home, with little to no equipment needed. These are some fitness tips for entrepreneurs.

1. Consistency Over Intensity: It very important that entrepreneur stay committed to their fitness schedule. the first tip is that, entrepreneurs should give 30+ minutes to their health every morning or evening. Slow and steady wins the game.

2. Plan Your Eating Habit: What and when to eat should be planned. Because what we that we become. Excessive fast food will not give you a fit body as an entrepreneur.

3. Use Calendar-Cross Trick: This is something I suggest to those who failed to maintain consistency. Take a calendar, and cross the date for the day you workout and try not to break the chain.

4. Understand Muscles’ Basics: Every muscles of your body has different dynamics and understanding this is important for you to grow that particular muscle. As a trainer, I will be helping you with different muscle building exercise to help you grow the best of your needs.

5. Setup a fixed Place: Setup a fixed place (if not in gym) to workout daily and keep everything in order to avoid much disturbance.

Q7. What should be the diet for an entrepreneur who is doing both — the business and the body? How to decide on great supplements?

There is no ideal diet for anyone.

This all must be discussed with the client to find out if they have any dietary restrictions.  We have to figure out their day to day energy expenditures, their age, gender, and the type of workload they have.

Once this is done, supplementation should only be done where we feel it needs supplementing. I, for example am vegetarian so I find it beneficial for me to have protein shakes. Also, I like to have creatine in my regimen for increased strength and muscle mass.

Q8. How can you help someone who is down with poor health and willing to make a change?

If there is will, we can change anything. We just need to incorporate consistency, and integrity.  We have to reprogram ourselves. I look at it this way…

Do something three times in a row, and you got it!”

Do you have trouble making your bed?  Get up and make it everyday for three days in a row. You do this and you’re starting to reprogram yourself. Three strikes you’re out can work both ways. Let’s strike out the non beneficial ones!
