Elon Musk, the man who knows no “Impossible”.
How can we discuss the future without talking about this man? Men make history, but Elon Musk is making the future. He is all set to revolutionize the world. Not in one but multiple ways.
You might describe his vision to be ‘entrepreneurial’ or ‘scientific’. But, you know what I would call it. A childlike vision. Yes, childlike!
This guy won’t sit wishing his sci-fi dreams would come true. He is the one who is doing all he can to make them true. It’s because he believes in his imaginations much as a child does. Now, who would think of making a roadway to space? Either Elon or a child.
Everything Elon Musk Is Up To?
Many of you must be wondering who this man is & how he is changing the future? Here is a list of companies of Elon Musk, and his futuristic goals. Scroll down and quench your curiosity!
These companies of Elon Musk is built under the strong leadership of Elon Musk.
1. SpaceX
Elon Wanted To Be Among The Stars And So He Found ‘SpaceX’.
With SpaceX, Elon Musk aims to make space transportation affordable and for all.
Many disapproved of the idea until SpaceX successfully launched Falcon 1. Falcon 1 became the first private liquid propelled spacecraft to launch a satellite in Earth’s orbit.
In 2012, the Dragon spacecraft became the first spacecraft to be launched and also retrieved from orbit. Falcon 9 became the first spacecraft to take-off and land vertically. Also, it became the first to be reusable. There are so many firsts the company has accomplished alone.
Starship, SpaceX’s next big project will be the most substantial reusable rocket ever.
According to Elon, it can be relaunched within an hour of landing.
By the next decade, SpaceX aims to send humans across space. No, not just astronauts but any human. That too thousands of them. Soon, you and I will become interplanetary species. We will not just inhabit Earth but Mars and other planets as well.
2. Tesla
I am quite sure, Tesla isn’t an alien name for you all. It’s an automobile company. One that produces electric cars. Co-founded by Elon Musk in 2003.
Is that all you know about Tesla?
Well, Tesla isn’t just another electric car company. It’s the reflection of Elon Musk’s vision to create a green future. Tesla’s mission is to fasten the world’s transition to sustainable transport. Because you know, ‘sustainable’ in the future.
The company doesn’t want to impact the environment by building electric vehicles. For this reason, Tesla has set up Gigafactories to achieve 100% renewable energy.
Further, Elon also has a plan to integrate solar panels in the cars.
With its high powered battery, features like auto-steering, self-parking, and incredible designs, Tesla is leading the market of electric vehicles. It made the world’s largest Lithium-ion battery farm within 100 days.
With Tesla, Elon aims to create a future of sustainable and driverless vehicles. If only every business person and industrialist thought this way.
3 Neuralink
Elon feared AI could dominate humans. So, he is making human brains more advanced than robots.
Yes, very soon your mind will be capable of doing things you only saw in movies. Neuralink, Elon’s neurotechnology company, is building brain-machine interfaces.
These brain-machine interfaces will be in the form of a chip, called the brain-chip.
These brain chips will allow us to operate our computers just through our brains without even touching.
Moreover, brain to brain communication might also become possible with Neuralink’s success. This can be one of the most astonishing technologies to come up in the future. All your sci-fi dreams can come to reality with this brilliant technology.
4. The Boring Company
“Traffic is driving me nuts. Am going to build a tunnel boring machine and just start digging…” tweeted Elon Musk in Dec 2016.
And this tweet marked the beginning of The Boring Company. Their goal is “to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic.” The idea is to build a large network of tunnels to ensure fast as well as safe transportation. For this reason, the company aims to further enhance the tunneling technology. This would speed up the process and would also reduce the tunneling cost.
Earlier in 2017, Elon announced that they are planning to build a Hyperloop connecting NewYork City, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.
Musk claims that it would take only 29 minutes to travel from New York City to Washington D.C through this Hyperloop.
In the future, the company might also use underground infrastructure technology to build underground colonies on Mars.
5. Solar City
Elon wanted a Green Future. And so he acquired SolarCity.
SolarCity aims to make solar power the major energy source in the globe. It’s working on making solar power affordable and accessible for all.
The company manufactures solar-roofs and solar panels that aren’t much different from the traditional roofs. These solar roofs have extensive durability. Last Halloween, Elon tweeted a video that features a pumpkin falling over the solar glass tiles on the roof. The fragments of pumpkin scattered everywhere but the roof remained as it was. So, as Elon states, “you can walk on a Tesla Solar Glass roof even with stilettos on.”
These solar tiles are linked to the Powerwall. Powerwalls are batteries that store the energy from these panels and can be used whenever required.

1. His INTJ Personality Type
Elon Musk has extreme determination. Even after multiple launch failures of SpaceX, Musk did not give up. Also, when Tesla was refused further funding after it missed the production deadline of the Tesla Roadster, Musk was nearly bankrupt. But he didn’t lose hope and fought back. At that time, he even mortgaged his stakes to save himself from going bankrupt.
